This sub-module for the mailserver will write the phonumber
defined in the subject to an empty alarm group ( dynamic ) and
extract the message from the body with regular expressions.
Optional addtional data for database access can be extracted
from the body with regular expressions. This data is written
to the alarm logfile under the MailData section.
The default alarm defined in the ini is started.

All configuration is read from the nvacallsub.ini and modulename as section ( [nvacallsub] ).

The phonetype can be defined by the alarm type or if not the default type is used
If no default type defined the type INT is used if smaller then 9 else the EXT type
