TSP Installation Modes, Supported OS and Installation Setup Files ==================================================================== 1.1 TSP Installation Modes: =========================== The Alcatel TSP can be installed in two modes, based on the Windows OS platform. Direct Connection Mode: ----------------------- This mode is recommended for PC’s such as Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1 and Windows 10. TSP Installation Procedure ============================= 2.1 Installation Pre-requisites: ================================ The Alcatel TSP depends on the following three Windows Services and these services should be running (started and not in disabled) state before installing Alcatel TSP in any windows OS platform. Also for the normal operation of TSP, these windows services should be running. 1. Telephony service 2. Remote Access Auto Connection Manager 3. Remote Access Connection Manager service 2.2 For Direct Connection Mode: =============================== 2.2.1 Installation using command-line for TSP Parameters configuration: ----------------------------------------------------------------------- To install the TSP in this mode for 32-bit OS platforms, use the following command line: $> install_tsp.exe /hostname: where = PCX IP address or DNS name. For example: $> install_tsp.exe /hostname:172.19.41.45 To install the TSP in this mode for 64-bit platforms, use the following command line: $> install_tsp_64.exe /hostname: where = PCX IP address or DNS name. For example: $> install_tsp_64.exe /hostname:172.19.41.45 In above two cases , 1. The user of the PC can use any of the available PCX phone sets listed. 2. It is possible to monitor maximum of two phone sets from that PC. You can also add a second command line parameter "/edn:" for configuring to an available physical set, where = phone set number monitered by the TSP. For ex: In 32-bit OS platforms, $> install_tsp.exe /hostname: /edn: For Example: $> install_tsp.exe /hostname:172.19.41.45 /edn:100 In 64-bit OS platforms, $> install_tsp_64.exe /hostname: /edn: For Example: $> install_tsp_64.exe /hostname:172.19.41.45 /edn:100 In above two cases , 1. The user of the PC can only use the configured phone set(edn). 2. It is possible to monitor only the configured phone set. 2.2.2 Installation using Setup Wizard for TSP parameters configuration: ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Launch the installation setup file with respect to the OS platform mentioned in the section 1.3 and follow the installation wizard and enter the "PCX IP Address" and "Phone Number" during the wizard process and complete the installation. Note: Entering "PCX IP Address" is mandatory. 2.3 For Client-Server Connection Mode: ====================================== In this mode, it is possible to monitor all the available PCX phone sets listed. 2.3.1 In 32-Bit Server Platforms: --------------------------------- To install the TSP in this mode for 32-bit Server platforms, launch “setup.exe” file located in the “Products\SPI for Microsoft TAPI Server” folder of the MYICSN/PIMphony package and follow the installation wizard and complete the TSP installation. 2.3.2 In 64-Bit Server Platforms: --------------------------------- To install the TSP in this mode for 64-bit platforms, run “setup.exe” file located in the “Products\ SPI for Microsoft TAPI 64-bit Server” folder of the MYICSN/PIMphony package and follow the installation wizard and complete the TSP installation. 3. TSP Configuration UI after Installation (in Phone and Modem Options): ======================================================================= After installing TSP, the user can check the following configuration information of the PCX in this TSP Configuration User Interface. 1. PCX IP/Switch Name configured. 2. Connection state (OK/Invalid state/Network Down/Waiting for Tapi Reinit). 3. Alcatel TSP Version Installed. 4. Number of lines available. 5. And other related info. For accessing this TSP configuration UI, Go to ControlPanel->Phone and Modem Options->Advanced tab->Providers list->Alcatel TAPI service provider->click configure button. 4. Additional Info: =================== 1. After the TSP Installation and Configuration, if the "Connection State" of the PCX is shown as "Waiting for Tapi Reinit", then restart the three windows services mentioned in the section 2.1, so that the state of the PCX is changed to "OK". 2. In Windows Server 2012 R2, while trying to assign a user to a Alcatel TAPI line, "Edit Users..." button is grayed out. This is because there is no telephony administartor added under the "Telephony administrators" section in Telephony Management properties window . To solve the above issue, . Open Telephony Management window (tapimgmt.msc). . Right click on computer name and click on "Properties". . Then click on "Add..." button under the "Telephony administrators" section and add an administrator user. In the above point, if "Add..." button is grayed out then follow the below steps to add the administrator user. - Open "tsec.ini" file (C:\Windows\TAPI). - Add the below entries in to "tsec.ini" file. Procédure d'installation du TPS ================================== 2.1 Conditions préalables à l'installation : ============================================ Le TSP d'Alcatel repose sur les trois services Windows ci-dessous. Ces services doivent être à l'état actif (et non à l'état inactif) avant d'installer le TSP d'Alcatel sur une plateforme de système d'exploitation Windows quelconque. Ces services Windows doivent également être actifs pour un fonctionnement normal du TSP. 1. le service de téléphonie 2. Gestionnaire de connexion automatique d’accès distant 3. Gestionnaire de connexion d'accès distant 2.2 Pour le mode de connexion directe : ======================================= 2.2.1 Installation par ligne de commande pour la configuration des paramètres du TSP : -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pour installer le TSP dans ce mode pour les plateformes de système d'exploitation 32 bits, utilisez la ligne de commande suivante : $> install_tsp.exe /hostname: où = adresse IP du PCX ou nom DNS. Exemple : $> install_tsp.exe /hostname:172.19.41.45 Pour installer le TSP dans ce mode pour les plateformes 64 bits, utilisez la ligne de commande suivante : $> install_tsp_64.exe /hostname: où = adresse IP du PCX ou nom DNS. Exemple : $> install_tsp_64.exe /hostname:172.19.41.45 Dans les deux cas ci-dessus, 1. L'utilisateur du PC peut utiliser n'importe quel poste téléphonique PCX disponible répertorié. 2. Deux postes téléphonique maximum peuvent être contrôlés depuis ce PC. Vous pouvez également ajouter un second paramètre de ligne de commande "/edn:"pour configurer un poste physique disponible, où = numéro du poste téléphonique contrôlé par le TSP. Exemple : Sur des plateformes de système d'exploitation 32 bits, $> install_tsp.exe /hostname: /edn: Exemple : $> install_tsp.exe /hostname:172.19.41.45 /edn:100 Sur des plateformes de système d'exploitation 64 bits, $> install_tsp_64.exe /hostname: /edn: Exemple : $> install_tsp_64.exe /hostname:172.19.41.45 /edn:100 Dans les deux cas ci-dessus, 1. L'utilisateur du PC ne peut utiliser qu'un poste téléphonique configuré (edn). 2. Il est seulement possible de contrôler un poste téléphonique configuré. 2.2.2 Installation avec l'Assistant de configuration pour la configuration des paramètres du TSP : -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lancez le fichier de configuration de l'installation en fonction de la plateforme de système d'exploitation indiquée dans la section 1.3, puis suivez les instructions de l'Assistant d'installation. Complétez les champs "adresse IP du PCX" et "numéro de téléphone" du TSP au cours du processus de l'Assistant pour terminer l'installation. Note : Le champ "adresse IP du PCX" est obligatoire. 2.3 Pour le mode de connexion client-serveur : ============================================== Dans ce mode, il est possible de contrôler tous les postes téléphoniques PCX disponibles répertoriés. 2.3.1 Sur des plateformes de serveur 32 bits : ---------------------------------------------- Pour installer le TSP dans ce mode pour des plateformes de serveur de 32 bits, lancez le fichier “setup.exe” situé dans le dossier “Products\SPI for Microsoft TAPI Server” du package PIMphony/MYICSN, puis suivez les instructions de l'Assistant d'installation pour terminer l'installation du TSP. 2.3.2 Sur des plateformes de serveur 64 bits : ---------------------------------------------- Pour installer le TSP dans ce mode pour des plateformes de 64 bits, lancez le fichier “setup.exe” situé dans le dossier “Products\ SPI for Microsoft TAPI 64-bit Server” du package PIMphony/MYICSN, puis suivez les instructions de l'Assistant d'installation pour terminer l'installation du TSP. 3. Interface utilisateur de configuration du TSP après installation (sous "Phone and Modem Options") : ====================================================================================================== Après l'installation du TSP, l'utilisateur peut vérifier les informations de configuration du PCX ci-dessous dans cette interface utilisateur de configuration du TSP. 1. Nom IP/Switch PCX configuré. 2. État de la connexion (OK/Invalid state/Network Down/Waiting for Tapi Reinit). 3. Version du TSP d'Alcatel installée. 4. Nombre de lignes disponibles. 5. Et d'autres informations associées. Pour accéder à cette interface utilisateur de configuration du TSP, accédez à ControlPanel->Phone and Modem Options->onglet Advanced->liste Providers->fournisseur de services Alcatel TAPI->cliquez sur le bouton ‘configure’. 4. Informations supplémentaires : ================================= Après l'installation et la configuration du TSP, si le champ "Connection State" du PCX est défini sur "Waiting for Tapi Reinit", relancez les trois services Windows indiqués dans la section 2.1 de sorte que l'état du PCX soit défini sur "OK". TSP-Installationsverfahren ============================= 2.1 Installationsvoraussetzungen: ================================= Der TSP von Alcatel ist von den folgenden drei Windows-Diensten abhängig. Diese Dienste sollten sich im Ausführungszustand (nicht im deaktivierten Zustand) befinden, bevor der TSP von Alcatel auf einem Windows-Betriebssystem installiert wird. Außerdem sollten diese Dienste ausgeführt werden, um einen normalen Betrieb des TSP zu gewährleisten. 1. Telefoniedienste 2. Verwaltung für automatische RAS-Verbindung 3. RAS-Verbindungsverwaltung 2.2 Direktverbindungsmodus: =========================== 2.2.1 Installation über die Befehlszeile für die Konfiguration von TSP-Parametern: ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wenn Sie den TSP in diesem Modus auf 32-Bit-Betriebssystemen installieren möchten, verwenden Sie die folgende Befehlszeile: $> install_tsp.exe /hostname: wobei der PCX-IP-Adresse oder dem DNS-Namen entspricht. Beispiel: $> install_tsp.exe /hostname:172.19.41.45 Wenn Sie den TSP in diesem Modus auf 64-Bit-Betriebssystemen installieren möchten, verwenden Sie die folgende Befehlszeile: $> install_tsp_64.exe /hostname: wobei der PCX-IP-Adresse oder dem DNS-Namen entspricht. Beispiel: $> install_tsp_64.exe /hostname:172.19.41.45 In den oben stehenden beiden Fällen: 1. kann der PC-Benutzer einen beliebigen der aufgelisteten verfügbaren PCX-Apparate verwenden. 2. können über den betreffenden PC maximal zwei Apparate überwacht werden. Sie können auch einen zweiten Befehlszeilenparameter "/edn:"zur Konfiguration eines verfügbaren Apparats hinzufügen, wobei der Nummer des vom TSP überwachten Apparats entspricht. Dabei müssen Sie u. a. die PCX-IP-Adresse und Telefonnummer eingeben, um die Installation abzuschließen. Er kan alleen toezicht worden gehouden op het geconfigureerde toestel. 2.2.2 Installatie via de Wizard Setup voor configuratie van TSP-parameters: --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Start het installatiebestand voor uw besturingssysteem zoals beschreven in paragraaf 1.3 en volg de installatiewizard. Voer tijdens de installatieprocedure het PCX IP-adres en telefoonnummer in om de installatie te voltooien. Opmerking: Opgave van een PCX IP-adress is verplicht. 2.3 Voor modus Client-Server: ============================= In deze modus kan er toezicht worden gehouden op alle beschikbare PCX-toestellen in de lijst. 2.3.1 In 32 bits Server-platforms: ---------------------------------- Om TSP in deze modus te installeren voor 32 bits Server-platforms, start u het bestand setup.exe in de map Products\SPI for Microsoft TAPI Server van het MYICSN/PIMphony package en volgt u de installatiewizard om de installatie van TSP te voltooien. 2.3.2 In 64 bits Server-platforms: ---------------------------------- Om TSP in deze modus te installeren voor 64 bits-platforms, start u het bestand setup.exe in de map Products\ SPI for Microsoft TAPI 64-bit Server van het MYICSN/PIMphony package en volgt u de installatiewizard om de installatie van TSP te voltooien. 3. Gebruikersinterface voor TSP-configuratie gebruiken na installatie (in Telefoon- en modemopties): ==================================================================================================== Nadat TSP is geïnstalleerd, kan de gebruiker de volgende configuratie-informatie voor de PCX controleren in de gebruikersinterface voor TSP-configuratie: 1. Aanvullende informatie: ========================== Als na installatie en configuratie van TSP de verbindingsstatus van de PCX wordt weergegeven als Waiting for Tapi Reinit, moet u de drie Windows-services in paragraaf 2.1 opnieuw starten. De status van de PCX verandert dan in OK. Procedimiento de instalación de TSP ====================================== 2.1 Requisitos previos a la instalación: ======================================== Alcatel TSP depende de los siguientes tres Servicios de Windows. Estos servicios deben estar en estado de ejecución (no en estado desactivado) antes de instalar Alcatel TSP en cualquier plataforma de SO de Windows. Asimismo, para que TSP funcione con normalidad, estos Servicios de Windows deben estar en ejecución. 1. Servicio de telefonía 2. Administrador de conexión automática de acceso remoto 3. Servicio Administrador de conexiones de acceso remoto 2.2 Para modo de conexión directa: ================================== 2.2.1 Instalación mediante la línea de comandos para la configuración de Parámetros de TSP: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Para instalar TSP en este modo para plataformas de SO de 32 bits, utilice la siguiente línea de comandos: $> install_tsp.exe /hostname: donde = dirección IP de PCX o nombre DNS. Por ejemplo: $> install_tsp.exe /hostname:172.19.41.45 Para instalar TSP en este modo para plataformas de 64 bits, utilice la siguiente línea de comandos: $> install_tsp_64.exe /hostname: donde = dirección IP de PCX o nombre DNS. Por ejemplo: $> install_tsp_64.exe /hostname:172.19.41.45 En los dos casos anteriores, 1. El usuario del PC puede utilizar cualquiera de los teléfonos PCX disponibles enumerados. 2. Es posible supervisar un máximo de dos teléfonos desde dicho PC. También puede añadir un segundo parámetro de línea de comandos "/edn:"para configurar un teléfono físico disponible, donde = número de teléfono supervisado por TSP. Por ejemplo: En plataformas de SO de 32 bits, $> install_tsp.exe /hostname: /edn: Por ejemplo: $> install_tsp.exe /hostname:172.19.41.45 /edn:100 En plataformas de SO de 64 bits, $> install_tsp_64.exe /hostname: /edn: Por ejemplo: $> install_tsp_64.exe /hostname:172.19.41.45 /edn:100 En los dos casos anteriores, 1. El usuario del PC solo puede usar un teléfono configurado (EDN). 2. Solo es posible supervisar un teléfono configurado. 2.2.2 Instalación mediante el asistente de instalación para configuración de parámetros de TSP: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Inicie el archivo de configuración de la instalación correspondiente a la plataforma de SO mencionada en la sección 1.3 y siga las instrucciones del asistente de instalación. Introduzca la "Dirección IP de PCX" y el "Número de teléfono" durante el proceso del asistente para completar la instalación. Nota: Es obligatorio introducir la "Dirección IP de PCX". 2.3 Para modo de conexión cliente-servidor: =========================================== En este modo, es posible supervisar todos los teléfonos PCX disponibles enumerados. 2.3.1 En plataformas de servidor de 32 bits: -------------------------------------------- Para instalar TSP en este modo para plataformas de servidor de 32 bits, inicie el archivo “setup.exe”, situado en la carpeta “Products\SPI for Microsoft TAPI Server” del paquete de MYICSN/PIMphony y siga las instrucciones del asistente de instalación para completar la instalación de TSP. 2.3.2 En plataformas de servidor de 64 bits: -------------------------------------------- Para instalar TSP en este modo para plataformas de 64 bits, ejecute el archivo “setup.exe”, situado en la carpeta “Products\ SPI for Microsoft TAPI 64-bit Server” del paquete de MYICSN/PIMphony y siga las instrucciones del asistente de instalación para completar la instalación de TSP. 3. Interfaz de usuario de configuración de TSP tras la instalación (en Opciones de teléfono y módem): ===================================================================================================== Tras instalar TSP, el usuario puede comprobar la siguiente información de configuración del PCX en esta interfaz de usuario de configuración de TSP. 1. IP de PCX/Nombre de conmutador configurado. 2. Estado de la conexión (OK/Invalid state/Network Down/Waiting for Tapi Reinit). 3. Versión de Alcatel TSP instalada. 4. Número de líneas disponibles. 5. Y otra información relacionada. Para acceder a esta interfaz de usuario de configuración de TSP, vaya a Panel de control->Opciones de teléfono y módem->Ficha Avanzadas->Lista de proveedores->Proveedor del servicio TAPI Alcatel->haga clic en el botón ‘configurar’. 4. Información adicional: ========================= Tras la instalación y configuración de TSP, si el "Estado de la conexión" del PCX se muestra como "Waiting for Tapi Reinit" (A la espera de reinicialización de Tapi), reinicie los tres servicios Windows mencionados en la sección 2.1 para que el estado del PCX cambie a "OK".
