to run the system in the best conditions

It means that the DECM4 OBC4.18 requires to have
ALL the DMOD-DL daughter boards equipped with the
CSP version 8.7.

The combination of the OBC 4.18 with an other CSP
version is NOT ALLOWED and NOT SUPPORTED.
